1. Bonus Grant Policy

The free trial allowance is provided to NetYogi verified businesses as trial access for core workflows. These credits are applied to all AI agent interactions, geofencing syncs, and marketplace tools. Standard billing transitions only occur once the free usage cap is reached.

Complimentary Vault Fuel credits issued on signup or via promotions carry no cash value, are not eligible for refund, and cannot be cashed out. Standard purchased credits are governed by our Refund Policy. Only approved partner purchases, partner discount rights, and partner coupons may be used for partner earning under the separate Service Level Agreement.

2. Global Data Intelligence

NetYogi leverages AI to cross-reference global social footprints and business registries in India, USA, and Europe. This data is used solely to provide geofenced market intelligence and verify professional integrity within the NetYogi Sphere.

All data processing complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and IT Rules 2011 (India). For international users, we apply applicable data protection standards. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

3. Data Deletion Right

In compliance with global privacy standards, users can request total account deletion. All personal data, social snippets, and activity logs will be purged from our active NetYogi knowledge graph within 30 days of a verified request.

To request deletion email admin@netyogi.in with subject "ACCOUNT DELETION REQUEST". Financial transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required under Indian tax law.

4. Ethical AI Use

NetYogi AI workers and repetitive task bots must be used for legitimate business scaling. Any use of the platform for spam, fraudulent geofencing, or social engineering will result in immediate termination of the free trial allowance.

Prohibited uses include: generating defamatory, hateful, or misleading content; scraping or reverse-engineering the platform; creating multiple accounts to abuse credit grants; reselling platform access without written permission from NetYogi Private Limited.

5. Performance & CDN

NetYogi is a high-performance web platform served via global edge nodes. We target sub-20ms latency to ensure your business intelligence is delivered at the speed of thought, regardless of your location.

Platform infrastructure is hosted on Google Firebase App Hosting (us-central1). Storage is provided by Google Firebase Storage. AI services are powered by Google Vertex AI and Gemini. Uptime targets 99.5% monthly but is not guaranteed.

6. Payments & Vault Fuel Credits

All payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. NetYogi does not store card, UPI, or banking details. By making a purchase you agree to Razorpay's terms of service.

Prices are displayed in INR for Indian users. International users may see prices in USD, GBP, EUR, or AUD based on browser locale. Final billing currency is confirmed at Razorpay checkout. All prices include applicable taxes. GST applies as per Indian law.

Standard Vault Fuel credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money. An exception applies only to approved partner or carrier purchases, partner discount rights, or partner coupons created under the Service Level Agreement. Credits do not expire while the account remains active unless suspended for policy abuse or fraud review.

7. Refund & Cancellation

Purchased Vault Fuel credits are eligible for a full refund if requested within 24 hours of purchase and no credits have been used. After 24 hours, or after any credits have been consumed, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Technical failures where payment was deducted but credits were not delivered are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not subject to the 24-hour window. Full details at netyogi.in/refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform code, design, branding, and proprietary technology are the intellectual property of NetYogi Private Limited. AI-generated content produced using your inputs is owned by you, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers (Google, Vertex AI).

By uploading content (logos, images, business data) to the platform, you grant NetYogi a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process and display that content solely to provide the service to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetYogi Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to NetYogi in the 3 months preceding the claim.

NetYogi does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, leads, or growth results from use of the platform. AI-generated content is provided as a creative tool and does not constitute professional legal, financial, or marketing advice.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution for 30 days before initiating legal proceedings.
