Service Level Agreement

1. Nature Of The Service
NetYogi is a digital business enablement platform that provides AI-assisted lead discovery, content generation, campaign planning, business intelligence, directory enrichment, and partner-led platform distribution workflows.
NetYogi delivers software features, automation workflows, creative tooling, contact intelligence, and business-support services on a commercially reasonable basis. NetYogi is not a managed agency with guaranteed delivery timelines unless a separate written agreement explicitly states otherwise.
2. Availability And Service Standard
NetYogi aims to provide stable and continuously improving platform access for users in India and international markets, including the UK, EU, and USA. However, uptime, response speed, AI output latency, third-party API availability, and feature continuity are provided on a best-effort basis.
Planned upgrades, model changes, infrastructure limits, third-party outages, release rollouts, unexpected load spikes, or security interventions may temporarily affect performance or availability. These events do not create an automatic refund right, performance penalty, or legal claim unless expressly required by law.
3. No Guaranteed Outcome Or Completion Time
NetYogi does not guarantee a specific number of leads, meetings, conversions, rankings, traffic growth, content performance, or business results. NetYogi also does not guarantee that any task, campaign, audit, video, or outreach workflow will be completed within a fixed time unless a separate written service commitment is signed.
AI-generated outputs, scraped data, and third-party platform responses may vary. Users remain responsible for reviewing, approving, and lawfully using all output before publication or outreach.
4. Incident Reporting And Support
Any material platform issue, including 404, 429, 500, 502, 503, 504, 505, broken workflows, failed content delivery, payment mismatch, missing credits, or unusable output, must be reported to NetYogi through the official support channel at admin@netyogi.in.
NetYogi will investigate reported issues in commercially reasonable time. Failure by a user to report an error does not create retroactive liability for missed business opportunities, client loss, or reputational damage.
5. Intellectual Property And Acceptable Use
NetYogi retains all rights in its software, workflows, prompts, internal scoring, orchestration logic, branding, and proprietary service methodology. Users retain rights to their uploaded business materials and to platform output generated from their inputs, subject to the rights of underlying AI and infrastructure providers.
Users may use generated output to promote their own business or client campaigns. Users may not resell platform code, reverse-engineer workflows, misrepresent AI output as legal or financial advice, or use NetYogi for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unethical outreach.
6. Lead Data And Resource Restrictions
Leads, contact data, business intelligence, exported lists, downloaded resources, and directory enrichments are supplied solely to support legitimate business development, outreach, contact improvement, or customer acquisition.
These resources may not be sold, sublicensed, redistributed, posted to data marketplaces, repackaged as a commercial dataset, or used to trade personal information. Users are responsible for complying with local anti-spam, privacy, and direct marketing rules in the relevant territory before contacting any lead.
7. Fuel, Transfer, Resale, And Cash-Out
Standard user fuel is for platform usage only. Standard purchased fuel, promotional fuel, claimed onboarding fuel, coupon fuel, and any complimentary fuel cannot be cashed out and cannot be resold.
Only fuel or discount rights acquired through an approved partner purchase, carrier purchase, partner coupon, or partner margin programmay be used to support partner-led selling to another verified NetYogi user or customer. Any resale, transfer, or commercial use outside that approved partner channel is invalid and may result in suspension.
Cash-out, if enabled at all, applies only to verified partner-margin transactions and only after NetYogi verifies the transaction, payout eligibility window, fraud checks, and any applicable platform deductions. No user has an automatic right to cash-out unless the partner payout flow expressly allows it in-platform.
8. Limitation Of Liability
NetYogi is not responsible for missed deadlines, missed campaigns, incomplete business outcomes, client disputes, deliverability losses, ranking changes, ad approval failures, or lead quality variance arising from user inputs, third-party systems, AI provider changes, platform misuse, or unreported technical issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetYogi's aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the user to NetYogi in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
This Service Level Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.
