1. Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases of Vault Fuel credits made on the NetYogi platform (netyogi.in), operated by NetYogi Private Limited, Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

By making a purchase on NetYogi, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy. All purchases are subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable laws of India.

2. Vault Fuel Credits — Refund Policy

Vault Fuel credits are a prepaid digital service. The following refund terms apply:

✅ Eligible for Full Refund

  • Refund request submitted within 24 hours of purchase
  • No Vault Fuel credits have been consumed from the purchased amount
  • Technical error or duplicate charge caused by NetYogi or Razorpay
  • Verified payment processing failure where credits were not delivered

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

  • Refund request submitted after 24 hours of purchase
  • Any credits from the purchased amount have been used on any feature
  • Complimentary, promotional, or bonus credits issued by NetYogi
  • Credits issued via discount coupons, onboarding claims, promotions, or platform offers
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (subjective outcomes)
  • Account suspension due to policy violations
  • Change of mind after credits have been active in the account

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible 24-hour window:

  1. Email admin@netyogi.in with subject line: "REFUND REQUEST — [Your Order/Payment ID]"
  2. Include your registered email address, Razorpay Payment ID, purchase amount, and reason for refund
  3. Our team will verify the request within 2 business days
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Refunds are processed via Razorpay back to the original payment source (card, UPI, netbanking, or wallet). NetYogi does not issue cash refunds or transfers to alternate payment methods.

4. Technical Failures

If you experience a technical failure where payment was deducted from your account but Vault Fuel credits were not added, please contact us immediately at admin@netyogi.in with your Razorpay Payment ID.

We will investigate and either restore the credits to your account or issue a full refund within 3 business days of verification. Technical failure claims are not subject to the 24-hour window and will be honoured at any time with valid evidence.

5. Account Cancellation

You may request deletion of your NetYogi account at any time by emailing admin@netyogi.in. Account deletion will result in permanent loss of:

  • All remaining standard Vault Fuel credits (no refund for unused credits upon voluntary account closure)
  • All AI-generated content, leads, campaigns, and saved data
  • Access to all platform features

Account deletion is irreversible. We recommend downloading any content you wish to keep before requesting deletion.

If the account is an approved partner or carrier account, any coupon, resale-support, margin-support, or payout-related rights remain subject to the separate Service Level Agreement and any pending verification or fraud review.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting NetYogi, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation. We encourage users to contact us directly at admin@netyogi.in before raising any payment dispute, as most issues can be resolved quickly.
